Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with some great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereals/toast/spreads/milk/juice/tea.coffee etc provided. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Sweet Retreat

This cabin is self contained and it has a lovely personal, romantic touch to the room with a very comfortable Queen-size bed. The cabin is complimented by a spacious deck with water views and walnut trees. It is situated on a 20 acre rural property with a 20 minute drive to downtown Tauranga, and a 10 minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing dining and shopping center's. Uber eats also delivers to the area. Continental breakfast is included. What else could you ask for? A Perfect Retreat!

Riverside cottage is nestled on the banks of the peaceful Ngongotaha trout stream. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and views over the stream to the fields and valley beyond. You are close to Rotorua's main attractions: Mitai Māori village, Zorb, The Gondola, Luge, Paradise Valley and many others. This newly built self-contained 1 bedroom guest house is situated at the back of our section with a view of the veggie garden, grass and pool. There is a queen bed and a double sofa bed available, a kitchen and a comfortable lounge. We live in the heart of the Mount - a short 250m to the beach, two golf courses and various cafes/restaurants at Central Parade. We're 2.7km from the start of downtown Mt Maunganui and 4km from the base of the Mount and hot pools. Everything you need is here.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road.
