Welcome to our cosy and sunny home! The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car to the stunning beach of Cala del Moraig), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the lovely town of Moraira.

Large eco house in Javea old town (pool & garage)

Beautiful restored merchants house in the centre of Javea old town, with restaurants, bars and shops within a 2 minute walk. The house has a large (6x3m) eco salt water pool for you to swim in all year and the three outdoor terrace areas offer lots of different spaces to relax. The BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven provide an array of outdoor cooking options, but there is also a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room if you’d prefer! Walking distance from Javea port and 2km from the beach.

Lovely house in the old town

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.

Stylish 3 bed, 2 bath house run by a host with a Traveller Recommendation. Pool located within 10 m, beach 100 m & free parking. Lovely maintained gardens.Gorgeous roof terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. Bedding & towels for 6 guests (+5 small microfibra pool towels ) . Bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking. 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. Our stylish retreat is perfect for a beach getaway. Portichol (Barraca, 7 mins), Granadella beach (8 mins) and Arenal (9 mins). Pool, 9m x4m. Air con in all bedrooms. Open plan. High end kitchen w island. Large dining tables in and outdoors. 10 sun loungers. BBQ, 2nd drinks fridge . Kid friendly (see kids in pool from lounge & kitchen). Completely private and peaceful. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Local shuttle to beach in summer.

Nice house 500 meters from the beach.

Renovated house, located on a pedestrian street 500 meters from the beach, in a very quiet and very central area with all amenities within walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 1 with its own bathroom and 1 with a single bed, 1 ironing room. A porch and a large terrace. Air conditioning in the living room. The house has a large terrace, a backyard, and a porch in front of the house that make summer nights unforgettable.
