Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the black rain

Take the whole family to this great space with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. The apartment is located in the Bavarian forest in the beautiful town of Regen, directly on the black rain. A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Directly behind the house some hiking trails start. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package ( oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more ). We are also happy to fulfill individual wishes.

Here you and your whole family can expect a stay full of relaxation in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The apartment is located in a small village at 800m altitude, in the middle of the skiing, hiking and recreation area Sonnenwald surrounded by numerous hiking trails, skiing and cross-country skiing slopes. In the large apartment awaits you a wood oven, coffee maker, washing machine, Netlix, 1 double bed + a large sofa bed, WiFi, oven and a delicious bakery right in the house!

Modern, quiet and cozy

Newly renovated, with terrace. 2 beautiful bright rooms and bathroom. A bedroom and a living room with kitchen and dining area (4 seats). It is completely newly furnished, modern, friendly, and bright. The double bed is 1.60 m wide. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping place (1,40 m wide). The kitchen is fully equipped with the kitchen. Joggers, cyclists and nature lovers will enjoy themselves. The bike path is right at your doorstep and flows into the Danube Trail.

Quite slanted

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Auguste, a building from 1890 and attracts not only with the 20sqm large, covered evening sun terrace overlooking the stork's nest.
