Small sandy beach for access to float or use our kid kayaks, playscape/sand box. 20 to min E Lansing, 30 min to Lansing. 1 mile to Perry, gas, grocery, restaurants. ONLY REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU PREAPPROVE AND PAY FOR EXTRAS, up to 10 for 3-4 hours allowed for $100. MAXIMUM FOR OVERNIGHT IS 10. SORRY NO PETS, NO WEDDINGS, NO groups of 20-30 yr olds.
