Cozy bright apartment in the heart of the ski resort and bike paradise of the Lenzerheide. A few meters to the lake and cross-country ski trail and located directly at the Fadail ski lift. This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

The apartment (studio/loft) is located in an apartment building with 5 residential units. The apartment has outdoor parking. In five minutes walk is public transport (bus). In 10 minutes you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walensee. Five minutes away by car, the gondola lift to the Flumserberg / Prodkamm ski track, hiking and biking area. The holiday region of Walensee/Sarganserland offers countless opportunities to actively operate, but also for peace and quiet.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. Luxury 3.5 room apartment right on the Walensee

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.

Homey and central: studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m ² and 8 m ² balcony) is centrally located and quiet in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide holiday region. It is very easy to reach by public transport (walkway 3 minutes to the stop Valbella Dorf) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for any season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or holidays in the mountain scenery.
