Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

It is located in the centre of Agios Nikolaos city and nearby you can find bars, restaurants, bakeries, super markets and of course the central market of the city. It is situated in the heart of a very small adorable village called Pyrgos which belongs to Kalo Horio. It is just 3 minutes by car away from the most gorgeous beaches and only 7 minutes away from Agios Nickolaos.In only 3 minutes by car you can find super markets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants and cafeterias. The village is very quiet and has a very nice climate.

roof garden - amazing view

Amazing view: This lovely and very comfortable apartment is located at the heart of Agios Nikolaos. It is on the 5th floor ( there is no elevator), but the view from there is amazing. There is a big private terrace from where you can see all the port, the ‘ Mirambello Gulf’, the place all around the lake, the bridge and the most of the town. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing and rest.
