Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

Jewel in residential area Providence, tranquility, safety, and total beauty.

The studio is great! Comfortable, quiet, glamorous and above all cozy and bright. are 45m2 which include a terrace and a garden on the access. I will be available for any information or assistance that may be necessary during your stay. Recommendations for walks, restaurants, (my favorite EL BACO, French restaurant in Providence, Italian and Creole restaurants)... all the attractions of the city It is located in a residential area near promenades, Cerro San Cristobal, the Sculpture Park, and excellent restaurants, museums, bars and theaters. Providence is ideal for trekking or cycling. Just 10 minutes from the subway. If you are coming from the Airport, I recommend taking an OFFICIAL TAXI to the address. METER 0386 Providencia Barrio Pedro de Valdivia Norte In normal traffic hours, it's a 15-minute drive Calle Lo Contador, is located behind the Sheraton Hotel, a very high building and to the eye... another reference to locate the street, it is INDISA clinic, it is INDISA CLINIC, very visible from all sides. The street is the one behind these two buildings. If they have a vehicle, we have a station. Public transportation is a 10-minute walk to the subway or bus. Next to the Indisa Clinic, for any emergency. There is a great mini market, SUPERMARKET TEN, in the Plaza de Padre Letelier, 10 minutes walk, fresh fruit and vegetables, Clementina, place to buy prepared food, Bottle shop complete with the best prices and the best Chilean wines... a very nice and residential neighborhood to walk.... Cerro San Cristobal, steps from the apartment... walking along the funicular of San Cristobal is a delight...

Cozy apartment located in the most beautiful neighborhood in the city center. Located on the same Calle Victorino Lastarria, with its lively yet peaceful atmosphere, with good restaurants with terrace, bars and a good supermarket steps away. Mount Santa Lucia, Forest Park and Bellas Artes neighborhood are all less than 5 minutes away and the vast majority of tourist spots are within walking distance, with no need for public transportation.

Cozy, modern, and comfortable apartment located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Lastarria and Bellas Artes.
