Nice apartment located on the ground floor in the large house, quiet bathed in greenery.The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms tastefully decorated.You can relax in a shaded ans well equiped garden.After having left for 6 years in the Algarve ( southerm Portugal ) Where we shared our experience on the platform AIRBNB ( we were superhosts for 3 years.Here , we are installed since august 2021in the pretty region of the Lot et Garonne in Villeneuve sur Lot . The house consists on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen with air conditioning, open to the dining room and a living room with fireplace. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd floor includes a double bedroom, a bedroom (3 beds) and a bathroom. Outside: terrace, garden furniture, petanque court, private swimming pool 8 x 4 m and baby football.

Our cottage is a warm 100 m2 house, at the beginning of the department 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent , simply decorated but to our liking. We live right next door, which allows you to be available quickly upon request and to intervene in case of any problems or organized gatherings.
