IL PAGLIAIO away from it all and just for two

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! Il Pagliaio is an old barn hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the surroundings. The inside is an open space in a simple and basic style, reflecting the rural spirit of the place.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Il rifugio del Ghiro - Minimalist farmhouse

Immersed in the nature of the Simbruini Mountains, you can rediscover an ancient and natural environment inspired by the early 1900s. You will not find the comforts of a hotel room, but the unique experience of spending a weekend rediscovering the ancient customs of peasant culture. Lighting with oil lamps and candles, kitchen and hot water heating with wood stove, well water with old manual pump. You won't find a wifi but a connection between yourself and nature. 2 adults and 1 child

Circeo Tiny House

Comfortable Tiny House (35 m² with mezzanine) less than 5 minutes from the sea, with air conditioning, high-speed internet, barbecue, patio, garden for outdoor living, bicycles and private parking space. The accommodation is located just 2 km from the beaches, 700 meters from the shops (hamlet of Mezzomonte) and a few minutes from the historic centre. Optimal position for a relaxing holiday with a view of Monte Circeo and the National Park.

Tiny House at Rocca di Sotto

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. Gas, water and electricity are available and there is a basic kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, bed linen and towels. There is a little heater.

The House with the Mezzanine

The house with the mezzanine is a little nest decorated with love and care provided with anything that you may need for a nice stay in Rome. It is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto. If you don't feel like going up the small stairs on the mezzanine you will find all you need on the ground floor.

Pratica e confortevole casetta a pochi passi dal mare. Tra l'orto e l'uliveto la Tiny house ha tutto quello che serve in piccoli spazi. Zona notte, cucina, bagno e patio. A disposizione degli ospiti anche la grande terrazza vista golfo. Siamo in collina, in un contesto silenzioso, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Ci trovi come Ermocolle, Itri.

Main house with independent outbuilding in the garden, accessible from a private entrance. Just renovated, new and modern decor. Bright and quiet that gives the possibility, in the summer, to live and share with our two dogs, the beautiful garden of the house. Guests, having independent access, have the personal keys to be completely autonomous during the stay.
