Unique & enchanting cave house

More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Fitness required

Our estate is located between Le Pradet, Carqueiranne and Hyères and the first sandy beaches are only 4.5 km away. Out of season, our campsite is closed. We offer you to enjoy our private park of 5 ha, far from the crowds and the hustle and bustle (valid until April 28). You can discover the Var at your own pace and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub.
