A charming mid terrace two double bedroom cottage in Gotham village. 20 minutes from sporting and entertainment venues and Nottingham city centre. Easy access for local universities with excellent local transport. East Midlands Airport and Donington Park are 30 minutes away. The cottage has an open plan sitting room with log burner, stone floor kitchen. Upstairs bathroom with toilet, two double bedrooms one king size bed and one queen size. Ample parking. Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Comfortable, quiet and private house in village

A quiet and comfortable self contained house with private off street parking in the middle of the National Forest. The pub and village shop are a 2 minute walk away. The town centre is a few minutes drive with supermarkets, leisure centre, restaurants, etc. Several lovely walks literally from the doorstep. We'll loan you our dog to show you the way if you need! Great for couples, small families or business travellers with motorway, rail and airport all within easy reach

This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. The property was designed in 1795 by John Nash, who also designed Buckingham Palace and overlooks the original thatched game larder. Situated only 2 miles from Rutland Water.
