Super central right on the Lechstrand and only 5 minutes walk from the main square and the old town, the house offers a beautiful garden with sauna house and an outdoor kitchen in the garage. It has one bedroom, one children's room and two guest rooms in the basement with en-suite shower. With direct train connection to Augsburg and Munich, car sharing in front of the door and 15 minutes to Lake Ammersee, it is perfectly located. Ski resorts can be reached in 45-120 minutes.

Living comfortably near Biberach/Riß

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our family house, which is located on the outskirts and very quiet. In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath. The toilet is seperate. In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a cot. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Vacation on the farm in the beautiful Welzheimer Wald! The perfect apartment for a beautiful, relaxing and varied vacation. Our farm includes dairy cows, pigs, chickens, our own Quarter Horse Breeder with rearing and two farm dogs. In the vicinity (partly by foot) there are a few beautiful excursion destinations. After consultation, you can also help with our daily work in the farm.

Cute little cottage

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with a separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. It is a small swimming lake in the area and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. Nearest supermarket is 3 km away.
