Satellite Tv, WiFi, full size fridge, microwave, apartment size oven/stove, wood stove (primary heat in colder months) and electric baseboard heat 2 double beds, bunk beds. wood stove in garage. Easy access to NY State Land Snowmobile trails! Great location for hunters,Snowmobilers, cross country skiers, hikers, kayakers and all outdoor enthusiasts! Near Cassadaga Lake.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
