We offer 4 independent rooms with bathrooms , the price includes : Wi-Fi internet , cable-tv , hot water , queen size bed´s , cleaning of the room every day , change of the sheets every 2 nights , laundry service and off course american breakfast. we are located in of the best zone of Lima with we have near supermarkets , gas stations and banks (ATM) , also we do pick up´s and drop in the airport. we offer as a family guest house a secure and friendly enviroment. Our neighborhood is very calm , San Isidro is known as the financial district of Lima and also for being the most safe and clean district in Peru, have beautifull public parks and great places to walk near the beach , in the same avenue that is located our B&B find very good italian restaurants like pizzerias , restaurants with incredible internacional cuisine and peruvian , and very tasty Turkish restaurants, also you will find the most recognized and stocked supermarkets.

"Casita PeruAle" is a fusion of Peruvian/German (Alemania) culture. We are a solid couple that provides an insight and a unique experience of what to do/see in this beautiful city and around Peru, as travelers we value and love the exchange over a nice meal or coffee and having a cosy place to recharge. Hola. Soy Sara. Soy casada y tengo un hijo de 22 años. Somos una familia cristiana. Soy de la selva mágica de Perú. Mi hogar queda cerca de la PUCP, Universidad San Marcos. A 30 minutos de Miraflores y del centro histórico. Me gusta mucho la cocina sana. Cocino de todo: Vegetariano, muchas ensaladas, platos típicos. Me gusta enseñar a cocinar a nuestros visitantes. Además contamos con un excelente internet de fibra óptica, espacio para trabajar y una PC para los huéspedes.

Malecón Retreat 1: Cozy B&B Near the Ocean

Newly renovated with architectural design features, my comfortable and safe 1950s townhouse is in Miraflores’ best location. A short block from the lighthouse and Malecón Cisneros. Beautiful parks and sightseeing abound in this quiet but fun area. Nearby restaurants, cafés, malls (Larcomar & Balta Shopping), bars, etc are awesome. If you are a foodie, coffee lover, love the sea or like to run or walk then this is the place for you.
