Ancient Windmill by the stream

My place is very characteristic as it enjoys an unparalleled view of the river that can be accessed with a staircase, an ideal place to enjoy the cool in summer by taking a nice bath or playing with the children. The interior of the house is very well-kept and there are still traces of the past , in fact it was used in the past for centuries to grind the olives of the country's farmers to produce the precious Ligurian olive oil. It will be for guests the perfect place for unforgettable holidays.

Lovely country house surrounded by vineyards

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE

6 camere con bagno privato in stanza, salone ed una grande cucina vi attendono per regalarvi la possibilità di vivere giornate indimenticabili. Once upon a time,in a small village immersed in peace and among the olive trees ,there was a stone house. On the ground floor a manger, on the first floor a barn and also a dryer. It's been 300 years and the cottage is still there. On the ground floor a kitchen and bathroom.
