Two bed well equipped cottage with internet, cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron, log burner, TV and hairdryer. Located in the heart of historic uphill Lincoln. Very close to the castle and cathedral with parking in the courtyard garden for one small car (eg. Kia Sportage). One double bedroom and small second bedroom with bunk beds. Cottage is suitable for maximum of three adults or two adults and two children over 5. One small dog is welcome. Please advise us of the breed if you book.

No. 17 is perfectly positioned in the Historic Cathedral Quarter on the same level as the Cathedral (so your choice if you want to go down the famous Steep Hill & take the walk back up again). The house has been recently renovated to a high standard is very warm and cosy. No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. It’s lovely luxurious terraced house with everything you could need . A two minute walk is the west common (where my horse Rico lives) lovely for a walk! Take a few minutes drive, or twenty min walk, where you will find yourself in the Bailgate area full of boutique shops and restaurants, and of course the cathedral and castle!
