The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

Wonderful apartment on the beach with stunning 180° sea views, with all the amenities to feel comfortable. New apartment, fully renovated. Building surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. 10 minutes walk you have Supermarkets like Mercadona and Lidel. (Large Supermarkets) ASK FOR OUR NEW JET SKI RIDE -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.

El apt está situado a primera línea del puerto de Sóller, delante del paseo marítimo, frente al mar. En pleno centro y cerca de los restaurantes, bares, tiendas, y la playa más próxima a 150m. This apartment is the closest to the sea and is next to the sand with direct pool and beach access. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private sun loungers. There is community wifi and also a higher quality, private and free wifi exclusively for my guests
