Es Mirador house with natural pool 13km Es Trenc

Fantastic house with views in an estate of 15000 square meters with a nice swimming pool in a very quiet area outside Campos. (superior room only with access from outside) Es Trenc's natural beach is about 15 km away. All services such as supermarkets, doctor, bars, restaurants... are in Campos about 3 km. Places like Palma or Porto Colom are about 30 minutes away. If you are looking for tranquility in a privileged area, do not hesitate to book, it will not disappoint you.

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

There are available table games, ping-pong, movable barbacue, beach cushions, etc. It is to 5 km from Playa de Palma, 7 km from Airport and 13 km from Palma City. Better if you rent a car, due the bus stop is a little far. The house was built in year 2002, and has a parking zone.
