Fully renovated apartment of 100 m2 in old building with garden corner lawn and terrace of about 20 m2(barbecue) in the city center of Paimpol, 250m from the train station and 400m from the port. kitchen factory and living room on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms, TV corner and bathroom upstairs. Can accommodate 4 people. I just created another cottage for 4 people in the same building . Possibility to accommodate 2 friendly families.

Appartement chaleureux et calme de 3 pièces, très bien situé au coeur de ville, très lumineux et traversant, au 1 étage d'un petit immeuble en début de rue piétonne. Accès 3 mn à pied du port, commerces, services et restaurants, cinéma et accès rapide à la plage de la Tossen, piscine, GR, bus, gare. Parking privé extérieur visible des chambres, interphone. Literie de qualité (dont grand lit 160). Fourniture draps, lits faits à votre arrivée, serviettes, torchon et essui-mains.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent duplex of 67 m² exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floor of a building classified heritage of the 20th century (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for an arrival after 16:00 and a departure at 10:00, for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Large bourgeois decor apartment in the center, sea view, very quiet. Large bright spaces. The living room overlooks 2 balcony terraces, one with sea view, southeast exposure. New full equipped kitchen (Oct 2021). 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Downtown with terraces and restaurants and market square a 3-minute walk away. Close to beach and marina. Garage, and easy parking spaces in front of the residence.

Beautiful bright apartment

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.
