Entire House w/ Pool Near Alona

A three bedroom two bathroom house on a gated lot shared by two other houses in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have queen size beds. 55 inch curved television with Netflix. There is a shared 15 meter pool. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Alona Beach. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We offer free tuktuk rides to and from Alona Beach, but limit to 3 people at a time. Also depend upon the availability of the driver.

2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Copy of passport or valid photo ID required upon check in.

Central location on the island. Walking distance to the ocean and restaurants. Newly renovated house with brand new appliances and a new water system that you can drink new air conditioning. The swimming pool and outside landscaping with living and dining room native style and beautiful garden are our pride and joy. Has couch and kitchen table and T.V. in the living room and bedroom. Fridgerator and stove to cook and water and cooking utensils and plates and silverware. Access to the community pool and gym 100 peso’s for adults 50 kids. Gated community 8 minutes drive from Alona beach panglao resort area. Also only 5 minutes drive from the new airport.
