Im Oktober 2021 renoviertes Einfamilienhaus in zentraler Lage in Neumünster. Das Outlet Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. In ca. 40 Minuten ist man über die A7 in Hamburg oder in 30 Minuten in Kiel. Außerdem sind Nord- und Ostsee schnell erreichbar. Ob Hansa Park, Heide Park oder auch das Legoland in Billund sind von hier aus immer einen Ausflug wert. Unser Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und ein extra Schlafsofa. Es bietet Platz für 6 - 8 Pers. WLAN + Netflix vorhanden. Terrasse + Außenkamin.

Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

This apartment is in a new building and is designed for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It is a granny flat in an inhabited apartment building with children and a dog, which can be heard occasionally. The use of an 11kw (type 2) charging station is possible with your own cable and is charged at €0.30 per KW. Washing machine, shower, TV, WiFi, dishwasher are available. The exterior of the house is not quite finished yet (optically).

We are pleased to welcome you in our extension of our detached house in the green oasis of Hamburg. You live wonderfully quiet and green and are still in 30 minutes by bike or bus in the Hamburg city. Everything you need for a few days on site will be provided to you with us. We live here with our 2 children, so there are sometimes children's noise and toys ;) And always happy to ask questions for everything else!
