Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! RR Retreat short term lets are located a 2-minute walk from the main road of Maenam, Koh Samui. Enjoy morning coffee on your private covered porch & take in the view, the wind rustling the coconut palms and the variety of birds that forage through the property. The closest beach & beach restaurant is less than 5 minutes' drive or about a 12 minute walk. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet and safe, as it is on a short dead-end road.
