The Corn Palace Cottage - Great Location

Welcome y'all! Our home, which was built in 1925, is located in the historical area of Mitchells downtown. Next too the Worlds Only Corn Palace, Antique Mall, Escape Rooms, Coffee shop, Cupcake shop, movie theater and so much more! Includes off street parking for 2 vehicles. We love attending an event at the Corn Palace and not having to find a parking spot. We can just walk! July-Sept Wed Farmers Market 4:30-7pm Aug has Corn Palace Festival 1st Friday - Corn Palace has free live music & more!

Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

This lakefront cabin is freshly remodeled in 2013, and includes all the amenities! Warm colors, dog friendly, plenty of parking, great for a summer getaway with the crew, or a winter getaway with the family. Room to beach or anchor a boat, and if the lake is frozen, perfect location to wake right up and head out on the ice to fish. Kayaks available for use! Bedrooms sleep 2 people each, and there is a loveseat and couch in the living room. Two cots also available to sleep additional people.

Cozy home- 4 to 8 guests -close to the Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

“RVR” is 5 peaceful acres in the country overlooking the Sioux River valley, just 3 mi north of the Sioux Falls city limits & I-29/I-90; 4 & 5 mi straight north of the Sanford Pentagon & Premier Center. Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck.
