A strategic site of the Route of the Sun, 3 minutes from Ayangue, 10 minutes from Playa Rosada and 18 minutes from Montañita. The apartment has a living room and a full kitchen. Access to a beautiful and wide beach via a nice path. The social area and swimming pool are not available due to restrictions.

Apartment with 85m2 plus 15m2 terrace with panoramic view of forest, basin of the Ayampe River and oceans. The best option with equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room, terrace with hammock and extra dining room, bedroom with bathroom, wifi, a/c and parking lot. Laundry service is at low rate. It is a quiet place, out of town, a 5-minute drive from the main street and a 15-minute walk. No parties, no loud music. No suitable for pets
