Stylish apartment in a award-winning house

The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment is set in a with the architecture prize >the best house 2009< awarded house in the 6th district. It is located in a quiet backyard, nestled in a green area and easily accessible in the heart of Vienna. A small terrace invites you to linger. Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment. The absolute top location offers holidaymakers and business travelers the best transport connections to all sights and cultural institutions of the city as well as to the most important business centers, the Vienna Fair and the Prater. We are renting out a full apartment including a kitchen and a private bathroom. For people who like to sit outside, a little outside area is connected to the apartment as well. We are living right next door so if there are any questions coming up during your stay, you are always welcome to ring the bell and ask us. We are happy to help you with the tickets. The heart of the 6th district is the lively pedestrian zone Mariahilfer Straße with many shops. Easy access to classic Viennese coffee houses, theater, opera and concert halls and museums for culture lovers. The Viennese snack market with food stalls under the open sky provides culinary delights. The Westbahnhof as well as the underground stations U3-Westbahnhof, U4-Margaretengürtel, U6-Gumpendorferstraße and the bus line 57A are in the immediate vicinity. Airport connection by bus or S-Bahn, the main station is well connected by tram line 18. The apartment is close to central public transport which includes the U6, U3, 57A. The train station "Westbahnhof" is only a 10 min walk away.

We rent a charming old building apartment in the heart of Vienna. The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor, is not visible on the street side, in addition, all windows have been provided with burglary protection. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet side street not far from the famous Viennese Naschmarkt. The 45m2 consists of a living-bedroom, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Discover Vienna at the turn of the century: In our classic Viennese Gründerzeithaus, I designed this studio with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishing elements. In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always take care of yourself in the kitchen with dishwasher.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN THE CENTER - TOP LOCATION!

Bright, beautiful and quiet flat in the center - top location! Two rooms. Two bed (one big very comfortable double bed and in the other room one very comfortable proper single bed). Internet. Towels. Very clean. Great for couples, friends and business people. The apartment is on the first floor (or the second if you consider the ground floor as the first floor - it is not on the ground floor!) and there is an elevator.
