Impeccable 2D apt with box, high floor, new building!

Enjoy this cozy, stylish space! Close to the beach, squares, markets, ice cream shops and restaurants. 2 bedrooms, 1 suite and another with a double bed that turns into a double bed as well. Gas heating, kitchenette, barbecue, split in the living room, ceiling fan in the bedrooms, ventilation and natural lighting in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and suite, coffee maker, washer and dryer, electric oven, blender, toaster. And still enjoy a beautiful sunset!

Beachfront! The sunrise is wonderful! An apartment where the sea is your backyard!! Feeling like breakfast in the middle of the ocean!! Close to everything, 600m walk to the center where the restaurants, bars, banks, etc are located. All rooms facing the sea!
