Lovely little townhouse in Marstal. The house is newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, making it cozy and delicious to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a patio and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbour, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to set the stage for a cozy and relaxing base when you are going to visit our lovely Ärø island sea. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

Nøset - skipper house from 1743

Charming little thatched holiday home with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

In one of Marstal's many small idyllic streets is this cozy, low-ceilinged townhouse. This cozy home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The home contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, cozy living room, dining room as well as kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available at the property. You have to bring bed linen and towels yourself.

The Little Yellow House is centrally located in the fairy town Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5 minute walk to the town hall, there is a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works fine for a family with two kids and a dog!

Ærø - Large house, close to beach, town & harbor

Charming holiday home in a super location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Possibly room for more if some of the guests are small children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Similarly, there are a few hundred meters to the grocery store, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Die lille bageri ist ein behagliches Haus von 1902 und, wie der Name schon sagt, eine ehemalige Bäckerei im Herzen des alten Ortskerns von Søby. Der Hafen mit Fähranleger, zwei schöne Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Laufweite und schnell zu erreichen. Zwei Haltestellen für den kostenlosen Inselbus befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien oder Paare. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Vi har netop købt vores drømmehus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Refurbished, cozy skipper house.

Welcome to our lovely, renovated townhouse of 63 m2, located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets a few minutes walk from everything. The house is on two levels and has a cozy living room with possibility of bedding, a dining room and a nice small kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.
