Typical commune of the basin between Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Charming 72 m2 holiday home 6 km from the port and the beach, close to the forest. It includes entrance, toilet, living room/living room with sofa bed and wood-burning stove and fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with tv, dressing room and shower room. Outside, covered terrace and 8x4 pool on enclosed grounds. Secure parking with electric gate. Be careful, located in the countryside, the neighbor's rooster sings early.

This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
