Our colourful quirky cottage is located North in Bulli and easily accessible to both Thirroul and Bulli villages. The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

Lush paddocks, friendly cows, duck pond, a working farm set on 20 acres so plenty of room for walks but only 2 minutes drive to Gerringong shops and the beach.
