Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

Alternately relax in the Bars, Cafes and Restaurants that Dorking offers. The Cottage has parking, a secure courtyard garden and lockup for Cycles and Pushchairs. 2 minute walk to Meadowbank a park with a playground, good for walking the dog first thing in the morning. Cycle and Hiking routes all close by. Dorking boasts 3 train stations to arrive by or travel on.

My terraced cottage is located in Hanover where the streets are full of colourful houses. There are lots of local pubs serving delicious food. It is only a short walk from the famous Laines, the beach and station. I have a small courtyard where you can sit and listen to the seagulls. Parking is tricky but I can help out with recommendations and there is always space to park to drop off bags at the house. There is no television but good wifi. No parties here, my neighbours are too precious!
