We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful retreat. We added a 2022 mobile home our property, so we’re close enough if you need anything, but far enough for maximum privacy. Our home is located on a wooded acre, so it feels safe and secluded, but we’re still close to grocery stores and restaurants! Our goal is to provide comfortable, clean, safe and affordable lodging….. exactly what we look for when we travel!
