Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The studio is separate, fully fenced, lovely and private. It includes a relaxing little Zen garden area. The TV has all of the subscriptions. The kitchenette has an air fryer, to reheat, toast, bake and roast, a coffee machine, kettle & fridge. The stunning Oakura surf beach and Black Sand Pizzeria is just a 15 minute walk away, the cute little Oakura village, cafes and restaurants, a 12 minute walk away, and the Kaitake Ranges a 15 minute walk.

Their endeavors included the construction of a tunnel, in 1924, at the rear of the property to provide access to timber on the Whangamomona Saddle where it still remains today.
