Rhumbutan House is located on the west coast of Siquijor Island on a low bluff above a narrow beach (15m wide) with incredible sunset views to Apo Island. Two air conditioned bedrooms, a small private plunge / swimming pool in the front garden overlooking the sea. A large shaded front deck and direct beach access. Lovely, big house with swimming pool, big terraces and large garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples/families who want to relax. The std rate is for max 7 persons, but we will allow 10 (ask price). Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!
