Prime location only a 5min drive to downtown Excelsior, easy trail & lake access, a block from Caribbean Marina & a local neighborhood beach park. House is equipped with new furniture purchased in 2022, a private patio deck overlooking a pond with plenty of seating + a gas outdoor fire pit, office for a private work space, 2-car garage, quiet neighborhood, easy keypad entry. Everything you'd need right at your fingertips! Sorry, no pets.

This 1906 house is across the street from White Bear Lake. This charming 4 bedroom+ and 2 full bath lake house . The house sleeps up to 10 guests, and feels very homey.
