My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you feel comfortable climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

A large garden with barbecue and terrace as well as lots of greenery with numerous lakes in the area invite you to the ideal family vacation.

At the end of 2023 freshly renovated duplex apartment with up to 8 beds. The high-quality equipment includes a complete kitchen, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and in the living room also a Playstation 4 with games. On the private terrace you will find sun loungers, hammock, dining area and a jacuzzi. In addition, you have access to amenities shared with other guests in our house: small gym, sauna, hot tub and garden.

Golden Morning in the Silence of Nature

Enchanting, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. They live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor fan) and the bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You will have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious salon. The accommodation is unfortunately NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Cosy Apartment in Quiet Residential

Charming bungalow in a green oasis on the outskirts of the inner city, with two nice restaurants. Important: I have two cute dogs (look at the photos) and they will be also in the garden sometimes. Other restaurants and bars in Prenzlauer Berg 10 minutes away, Alexanderplatz 20 minutes by tram. Wichtige Info: Ich habe zwei süße Hunde (siehe Bilder), die ab und an auch im Garten sein werden.

Our hectare of land invites you to spend time under fruit trees. Hammock, slackline, bouldering or campfire. On request, we offer a guided astronomy evening with our mirror shopping, as long as our excellent night sky is clear.
