This home is perfectly situated. Downtown State Street is only three blocks away and the famous Funk Zone where you can experience top notch dining is less than a five minute drive. The beach is only blocks away and a quick 2 or 3 minute drive will take you there. The entrance to the North and South 101 freeway is one block away. Please be advised that this is not a party house.
