Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Villa in Hovås with lots of comfort close to everything

Spacious accommodation for up to six people with walking distance to both the sea and lakes. 10 minutes to Gothenburg city center by car. 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Sandsjöbacka nature reserve with lovely walking trails is next door to the area. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and amenities such as hot tub, solarium, sauna, cinema room, bar, wi-fi and large balconies. South facing garden with sun possibilities all day. The house is very quiet on a dead end street without disturbing traffic.

Small villa of 65 sqm on the return street with its own parking place, corner land to nature and terrace south facing with barbecue, accessible wood-fired independent sauna plus separate gym with porch. Walking distance to the beaches in the area for sunbathing and swimming and with good communication to the city of Gothenburg. A 4 minute walk to the bus stop with direct bus to City of Gothenburg takes about 25 minutes and by car 20, close to all shops and restaurants in Torslanda Amhult center

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated large parts of our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.
