It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, the Mulhacén 3482 and the Veleta. I look with your mobility capacity as there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there can be flies and smells to cattle as there is a cabreriza nearby. You can park or use for loading and unloading the small parking of the Espeñuelas that stays 15 meters from the house but first make sure they can drive .

The glass box, bright and cozy

Beautiful and modern house, in a very peaceful area with very few neighbors. Light enters the spacious living room from sunrise as it is facing the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The development is located on the outskirts of town and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and the highway, 10 min to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 min. from the coast and 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada. 10 min. to Nevada Mall and PTS.

Charming rural accommodation Casa Pepa

I've known Moclin since I was little, my summers have been in this village with so many centuries of history. I have walked their trails, walked through their Arabian castle, got lost in its narrow streets. That's why I invite you to visit my house where you can enjoy its fully renovated rooms, its typical Andaluz courtyard with a small but comfortable detachable pool and its wonderful fireplace for winter. Cozy village house in a peaceful rural setting in Granada. Located in a beautiful Valley at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, 25min from Granada, 25min from La Alpujarra and 25min from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, just for you. The downstairs is open layout with living room, kitchen, small toilet, and patio. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the full bathroom. There are hiking trails 5min walk from the accommodation.
