1st floor apartment in a 3 storey villa with a wide garden. It is quiet and airy. It has 1 bedroom w. bathroom en suite, a furnished kitchen corner and a light dining room. Bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. A/C and WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

Delizioso appartamento elegante e ben rifinito, con mattoni a vista, nel quadrilatero dei prestigiosi quartieri Parioli, Coppedè, Pinciano e Salario. Il palazzo dove si trova l'appartamento è dei primi del '900 ed è a pochi passi da Villa Borghese (Bioparco, Galleria Borghese) e Via Veneto e a circa mezz'ora a piedi da Piazza Di Spagna ed il centro storico. Flat on the Park of the river Aniene. The Metro is at 30 meters, which is perfectly well connected to the city centre. It consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with couch, passage with wardrobe, bathroom and balcony. On request are available to guests a high chair and a baby bed.
