The property is disinfected after each rental. It is a self-contained accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views over the valley. Private access. Private parking Accommodates 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years because the garden is in espalier. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles sur mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, you can stay for 2, or 4 thanks to the convertible sofa of the stay, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are year-round shuttles and electric bikes, more information about daqui-mobility .fr.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, composed of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Equipped kitchen and space with 3-seater sofa.
