Pretty atypical house, lake view, peaceful oasis

Very nice atypical house where calm and serenity go smoothly. You will have a vacation with family or friends in unspoiled countryside listening to the singing of birds and cicadas. A real haven of peace in the middle of nature between Villeneuve sur lot and Agen. The house is full of charm with an original decoration, nestled on a hillside with magnificent views of the countryside, the ruins of the 13th century castle and Lake Bajamont.

Authentique ferme gasconne renovée au coeur de la campagne gersoise et ses paysages magnifiques. Beaucoup d'espace, 4ch (à 5ch)+salon avec canapé lit), 3sdb, piscine 75m2, grandes terrasses ensoleillées ou ombragées. A 3 km du village historique de bassoues et ses commodites ( pain, restaurants, superette,...). Idéal pour groupes ou grandes familles. The set consists of a main house of 160 m2 with 4 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen typical Gersoise with a touch of modernity.
