The Mokpo marine cable car is also very good as a walkway to the bus stop of the largest cable car in Korea, and it is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation to the entrance. ＜ Neighborhood Walk ＞ is a cultural space that has been remodeled into a two-story single-family house. The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
