Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

We have a self contained Unit which has two Queen sized bedrooms with it's own bathroom, living area has a double sofa bed with a kitchenette (which has fridge, microwave, bench top conventional oven, jug and toaster and BBQ). If you need a hot plate, pots, Air fryer, rice cooker and slow cooker are all available on request. Great for business travellers or holiday guests. Unit is very private and easy parking and close to Auckland City and all motorways.

Close enough to all Auckland attractions and yet enjoy the suburban quiet. Close to the Zoo, Eden Park, Western Springs Park and Stadium, Motat, Supermarket, Cafe's! Minutes drive from the city centre or quick bus ride (bus stop at end of the street). Lovely area, free fast Fibre WiFi Minutes walk to Grey Lynn and West Lynn boutique cafes, restaurants and clothing stores. Free on street parking.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

There is easy access to public transport and motorways. Easy walk or drive to the neighbourhood cafes and Westfield shopping mall.There is an off street parking space available on request.
