Exclusively Charming Sanitized Cottage, near Promenade

Share a bottle of wine at sunset on a private patio in the shade of a retractable awning. A casual seaside ambiance is created indoors by softwood floors, inviting couches, and fresh blue-and-white decor. Choose a book from a shelf to read in bed. The entire cottage is your space. Visitors like the fact the street is a Cul-de-Sac so there is minimal traffic noise. Also, Visitors enjoy the patio area that enables them to sit and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, enjoy an early morning breakfast outdoors, or enjoy the tranquility of the patio, over an ice cold sundowner, at sunset, watching paragliders decend from the rump of Lion's head, the mountain, situated above the cottage. Our Co Hosts, George & Avril, who live over the road will assist you with any of your immediate needs. We have, for your convenience, a self-check-in arrangement which sets you free to arrive any time after 14h00, on the appointed check in date, Namely: On the outside wall, the front right hand gate post, there is an electronic key pad. You will need to enter 4 digets on the numeric key pad to gain access to the patio. Once on the patio you will find a key box which also requires a 4 diget code to open. The key box contains the keys to the home as well as the outside gate. We will provide you with full instructions, one week prior to your arrival, by means of a welcome letter. George and Avril are your’ co-hosts during your stay, they will be on standby to assist you with anything you may need, while respecting your’ privacy. The cottage is located in quiet street in Sea Point, a Cosmopolitan suburb on the Atlantic seaboard. An easy walking distance to beaches, the public swimming pool, synagogue and a promenade where you can walk, jog, sight see, ride bikes, or sit and enjoy a breakfast or coffee at nearby restaurants. Explore the Outdoors, hop on a bus to the City, visit Table Mountain or the popular Waterfront. The great way to get around is an inter-city bus service, called MYCiti. They have regular and affordable bus service to the down town city, and the very popular Cape Town Water Front and Cable Way to Table Mountain. You will need a MYCiti swipe card. There are two cards in the Cottage but if more are required they can be purchased at the local SPAR in Sea Point. The cards will need to be pre-loaded with a fare from your credit or debit card. see (URL HIDDEN) Uber Taxis are also an affordable and popular way to get around. Down load the Uber App on your Smart Phone and they will come to the door. There is no off street parking, guests are advised to not leave valuables visible in their vehicles whilst parked in Duncan Rd.

This is a very modern and private 3 bedroom beach front villa with a sparkling pool to cool off in, a cosy fireplace to warm your heart on those winter nights, secluded verandas around the villa to relax under and a chef's kitchen to bring out the master chef in you. On top of it all you have direct access to the beach with the sea right on your doorstep from where you can surf the waves or walk the beach ! This is an ideal location for photoshoots. Take a bottle of wine and sit on your own private dune watching the beautiful African sun set. Wifi and a TV with Netflix is also available for your entertainment. You will have full access to the villa, pool and direct access to the beach. The garage/laundry and room above the garage is private. I'm only a call away. This jewel is located in Klein Slangkop Estate, Kommetjie, Cape Town and is right on the beach. It is on the Cape Town Southern Peninsula, with access to the Cape Point Nature reserve, Fishhoek, and Simonstown a mere 20 minute drive away. From Kommetjie several scenic routes will take you to Cape Town CBD and Waterfront, the Winelands or to the most famous beaches in RSA. "Ou Kaapse weg" takes you over the mountains to Cape town's Southern suburbs such as Constantia and Tokai and onwards to Kirstenbosch. The other famous and beautiful "must do" Chapman's peak drive towards Houtbay and Clifton is clearly visible from your villa.

Modern wood and glass home with solar-heated pool on the beach in Klein Slangkop private security estate. Step from the front deck onto beautiful beach sand and direct access to some of the most pristine beaches in the Cape. Breathtaking views. Great surfing. Nature. Stunning sunsets. Situated on the west coast of the Peninsular 50 minutes to Cape Town City Center one way and 25 mins to Cape Point gate the other way. Noordhoek beach is to the right and Long Beach to the left of the house.

The views from this house are breathtaking, the sound of the ocean as it ebbs and flows is so relaxing making for the the perfect getaway. This home is suited for 6 adults or a family of up to 6. Scarborough is known as an Eco Village and it boasts one of the best beaches in the Western Cape. Leave the hustle and bustle behind for some well deserved peace and tranquillity. The village has 3 restaurants and a small deli and shop for basics but only 10km from shopping malls.

A fantastic apartment on the beach front. With beautiful sea views. You can see one of the seven wonders of the world Table Mountain and also Lion’s Head from the apartment. It is walking distance to the beach and It is right next door to the wonderful restaurants and exciting fun bars. There is also a long promenade to have a sunset or sunrise walk.
