This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning often with beautiful sunsets. We are a 5 mins drive to Greymouth and it is 1 km neat to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.

Recently renovated this 1940s weatherboard house with polished rimu floors is full of character and charm. Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Our house is located in central Hanmer in the Village Lakes subdivision. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom's 1 and bedroom 4 both have ensuites while the other two rooms share a bathroom. This is a family friendly house and there are plenty of toys and books to entertain your children. In the large kitchen you will find all your home convinces, such as a dishwasher, microwave, nespresso, soda stream, and slow cooker.
