Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Equipment: SW terrace with garden access, small bedroom, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-clad living room in front of panoramic window, with separate round dining corner all in wood. Quiet residential area in the middle of gardens. Walking distance to Kochelsee, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.

Holiday apartment ideal for families with kids

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The house Sunnseitn is located on the sunny side of Innsbruck with magnificent panoramic views. The apartment on the upper floor with 2 large rooms and a fireplace for crackling evenings, as well as an additional conservatory are waiting for you. The terrace offers an unobstructed view on the surrounding mountain peaks. We live on the lower floor and look forward to your stay. If you want, our son will give you tips about various activities.
