Accommodation consists of one queen bedroom downstairs and two charming loft rooms upstairs. There is one bathroom, large lounge dining room with working fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The outdoor terrace, with outdoor setting and wood barbecue, is perfect for relaxed summer evenings or toasting marshmellows in winter months.

The house is close to Sea Lake shops (500m), Silo Art Trail & Street Art, and Lake Tyrrell viewing platform (7kms). A fully equipped kitchen and bbq, including basic pantry items are provided. . Clean, large bedrooms, air conditioning and an quiet outdoor setting, all for your self catered stay. *Please note that the house will be closed for short periods for further alterations, incl kitchen alterations and verandah repairs. New bathroom, toilet and laundry completed August 2020.
