Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

This single-family home, on the eastern edge of wine country, sits on a 5-acre piece of property, on a hill in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the countryside, San Jacinto, and San Bernardino mountains. Close to the wineries, but secluded. A nice quiet, relaxing property. This is the perfect house for work from home or a weekend getaway. There is a Starlink satellite dish for Wi-Fi and Netflix, but no local TV. The house has everything you'll need.

Our home is within 2-4 miles of all the wineries. It has many amenities and some of the best views in all of Temecula. Amenities include; private pool, pool table, putting green, 86 inch TV in living room, 75 inch TV in California outdoor area, 75 inch TV in master and Bacci Ball. Heating pool extra $600.
