Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Centrally located accommodation right between the city center and grisslinge sea swimming. Newly renovated house in the old style divided into 60 square meters plus large loft. Full equipped kitchen. Several patios in all directions, large heated pool (June-September), hot tub hot all year round ,barbecue, etc. Bathrobe distance to Värmdö's largest beach,with cafe , bakery, food truck, sweets, ice cream, etc . Or go down to the area's own little beach.

Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year.
