Our peaceful studio is near restaurants, the sea and our lovely town centre. We will do our best to make you feel welcome in the Art Deco capital of New Zealand so, come and enjoy your stay in Napier with our great restaurants and wineries and so much more. Art deco tours, the Cape Kidnappers gannets, cycling trips is a must do while you’re visiting the Hawkes Bay area. The fruit bowl of New Zealand awaits you! There is on street parking and a kitchenette but unfortunately no wheelchair access.

A privately accessed, clean, quiet, self-contained ensuite space. Hot tub is by your entrance. The rooms are separate from my living space. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the garden outlook. A short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. There is safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check this with me prior to arrival.

Relaxing studio with hot tub/pool/close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.

Our boutique style accommodation is on Endsleigh road which is 4km south of Havelock North. A 30 minute drive from Napier airport. Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, listen to Moreporks looking out over lights and views of rural Hawke's Bay. The Hutch is set in an established garden.
